We got Oreo (or he got us!!) on June 8, 2005. We spent a Saturday and went to Illinois at a shelter and brought him home. Just as we were getting there, a rep from a hound rescue group showed up and wanted to take him "home", but she was told she would have to wait until after we decided, since we had asked about him the week before!!!
Sorry it took so long to answer!! We got him through the shelter in Cuba, IL. His name was Jasper. Anyway, his gotcha day is coming up quick and if you look in the meet and greet section you will see what we are going to do as an early celebration for it! Our first Greyhound event!!
Events are always SOOO much fun, What a great way to spend the days. Hanging out with a bunch of hounds and their families.. Cant wait to hear all about it and see pics. Have fun Michaela!!!
