Here's one that allows out of town guests as long as they are UTD on shots.  Quail Ridge County Park in Wentzville, MO.  The linking site to it is http://www.stldogparks.org  We might be stopping in while we are down there.  They are on the most perfectly named street for a dog park- Paw Paw Street!!!
