Neba!! Good for youse!! So berry glad dat youse liked dem frosty paws! Momma is gonna gets da recipe togefer along wif a kupla of fings and mail dem off on Tuesday. Sumin bad happened and now she started dem cysts under da rite arm too, so she will hab to gets da surjery on da udder arm as well. Rite now her knee is all swollen up from dat MRI where da dumb tech girl squeezed Momma weg and knee and made fings like a billion times worse. I dontse liks da funderstorms eider! I stays in da master baffroom until deys bees ober!! Den Momma kums and gets me to goes outside to da baffroom!! I dontse wear a spechul shirt and Ise dontse shake or nufin, I just dontse likese dem.
Maybe Pookie can wear Oreo out but I doubt if she culd find her way bak here and Momma wuld bees really upset and habs a heart attak or a stroke. And dat wuldn't bees good at all. Momma just hads to put a new cowwar on Pookie cuz she wuz so filfy when she gots here dat durt just kepts rollin off her. We'se really not quite sure whut kind of pwace dat wuz where she came frum in Floriday. She was rweally dusty so Momma kept gibin her sponge baffs and washin her down wif wash wags so she wuldn't be freaked out. We dont finks she wuz tanken kar of so good, and neber had any heartworm and da rite shots, or nofin. She wuz awful lucky dat Momma founds out abouts her and talked to Daddy and wanted to gets her. Daddy wuz trying to say dat da inn was full, but Momma wuz habin none of dat.
Ise gots to say dat she is a rweal garbage gut, do. But she looks so much better and is taken kar of now since she bees wif us since da day before Faders Day in June. Momma and Daddy drobs to Makon Georgia to gets her. Da wady from da adopshun group was going on a trip and dropin off houndiez in Kentucky, too. Dey was ridin in a ban dat didn't hab air condishoning. And dat wady kept doz windows up and it was rweally crowded for doz houndiez. We wuz really gwad to gets Pookie out of dere.

Hey dere Neba,

Yur liddl gurl is cute. We aintse had much rain here 4 awhile and da grass is awful dry. It is almost like straw. Da webber man predikted funderstorms but he was wrung. It has been at least 105-110 for days on end now. Momma can't stand it. She won't let us houndies stand outside in it for any length of time. Wese gots sum pwants dat our drowt towerant.
Momma has been really egghausted from dat surjery. Yesterday she had to dribs herself to an appointment to the city and barely made it bak home. It took way too much outs of her. One of her stitches all ready popped too. And she is bwack and blue. Dat infekshun had spread real bad and dat furst doktor was a maroon. She is berry uncomfortable with da incisions now and it is gonna takes awhile for dem to heal. She cantse gets comfortable to sleep eider. We were really good and kept quiet so she could nap yesterday afternoon. She told Daddy how good we were and she gabe us banilla ice cream last nite as a treat. It was berry tasty!! Well, I'd better check on my Momma so she dontse oberdo fings agains. She walked me yesterday to da back gate and I saw a motorcycle!!

Geez whiz!! You sure are a cutie pie!! I wuz just tellin' my Daddy about youse dis mornin' and how sweet you were. Yesterday was a buzy day cuz Momma had two doktor appointments and her knee is messed up--ackshullly boff of dem-dose kneekaps are worn out. Do you know if we can just buy her sum new ones? She aintse walking so good, and da ligaments are getting stuck on dem, cuz dey aintse smooth, but are pitted and jagged. For da time being, da doktor be doing da cortazone shots in da knee, and now Momma has had her 2nd one, but after a time, she will habe to get da kneecap smoofed out with a surjekal procedure. I finks she bees at da point where she just wants to bring it on now, and gets it ober wif. Her knee bees getting locked up and isn't berry stable. Ise a good height for hers to lean on dez days.

Dat's wunnerful news!! What a berry spechul surpriz!! Ise berry gwad dat youse Daddy and Josie gots home!! Youse must be dancing around eberywhere!! Dontse wear yourself out!! : ) I bet your Mom wuz cuddlin wif your Daddy and dats why youse all swept in till almost ten o'clock!! I'se so happy for youse!! Dats a hard job dat youse Daddy has dribin dat big truck all ober da truck to all dem pwaces. Mees, L'il Bullet, and Pookie bin watchin da program da Ice Road Truckers on da history channel wif Daddy and Momma. Dey drib up to da diamond mines in Canada akross da ice. Dat's rweally gots to be nerbewracking. Dat's worse den walking on ceramak floor or linoleum. And I hate dat. (Yea, I know, Ise got issues) :( Dat finale show wuz on last nite but dey are running da whole series all ober agains.
We are all gwad dat Oweo is improving. Gettin a baff isn't always fun, but at west he is on his way to recubering. I guess dat da spot is too far away for him to try and wick da cream which is a good fing, too. I keep trying to give myself da same hot spot, and Momma keeps sprinkling dat nasty prednisone powder from da bets. But I still keep trying to lick fru it. It gets pretty much all better, and den I start agains. Momma is looking at muzzles and has to go back and look at da informashun youse Momma sended about your nose size. Mees and Bullet have to get da extenders for our muzzles so dat we cantse get dem off cuz now we are dragging dem around on da brick walkway and da grass turning our bodies sideways, doing anyfing at all to get da buggers off. Pookie is good about leabing hers on, but when she and Bullet bees done playing boff of dem bees head butting and hitting Momma and Daddy in da back of da knees wif da muzzles. I guess dey are trying to tell dem to hurry up and get dem fings off. Da webber last week was well ober 100 degrees; Daddy was swimming over da weekend and he is as dark as a Jamaican while Momma looks like an Irish potato. She cantse go in da sun like him or it makes her berry sick.
You are right da I does enjoy da nappies; dey are berry relaxing and I can dream of you sittin next to me. : )
