Yes I know of this illness. It is not something you can take litely.
Fibromylagia affects your muscles, tendons and joints all over your body . Causeing you to have great pain and discomfort.
As for relief for it. Some pain medications help you cope with it. As for a cure. I have not heard of any.

Thanks for the information; I hadn't heard of some of it. It's one reason I have a greyhound ( for my std poodle) and foster other greys; it forces me to try
