I'm here!!! I told you I would be back!! Last night at Spring Carnival, Morgan and I played some games together. We both played the Jazzy Jars game ( a Jazzy Jar is a jar, bottle, or container of some sort filled with goodies) and I won 3 Jazzy Jars, and then I ended up winning the big, big prize in the basket raffle and brought home the grill and meat basket that had a portable gas grill and gift certificates to 4 different area meat lockers and ended up with about $100 worth of free meat of my choice, except for one that is only good for 5 pounds of hamburger!
Well, Saturday we went to one of the smokehouses and among other things including a big neck bone with meat on it for Oreo, we brought home a buffalo roast that we'll have later. I can't wait to go "shopping" for the rest of the meat!
You bet!!! It's better for you than beef. We don't have it often, but will probably have it more often now that we know where we can get some. We may even try some elk, too.
