Have you ever wathed your grey go to bathroom and do number 2 you know poop! Well the other day I noticed Stinger going and for some odd reason his tail went straight out as a pin. Is this for balance or is this so he don't pooh on his tail.

I don't know why they do it, Oreo does it as has every other dog we have had.  It must be a balance thing?

It is a balance thing, but also they are aware their tail is there and probably dont want to get it dirty.
